LMS Subscriptions
LMS Subscriptions are the annual fees associated with using the LMS. Your LMS Subscription can be comprised of an LMS Access License, Add-on Access License, Software Assurance and Support Services subscriptions.

LMS Access License Subscriptions
An LMS Access License Subscription provides you and your users with access to the learning management system. Your license is based on the maximum number of active users on you LMS at any point in time. Active user is defined as a user with active login credentials (i.e. a user that can log into the LMS). There is no cost for inactive users. Inactive users are users that cannot log into the system. All LMS user data for inactive users is retained for reporting and analysis. Inactive users can be re-activated at any time.

Add-on Access License Subscriptions
An Add-on Access License Subscription provides you and your users with access to the LMS Virtual Classroom, Video Streaming and Knowledge Portal add-ons. This subscription is not needed if you are using a 3rd party webinar tool such as Webex or GoToMeeting.

Software Assurance Subscriptions

Support Services Subscriptions
A Support Services Subscription provides you with discounted access to our Technical Support Team for non-break-fix (i.e. Tier 2) support. This includes helping with your LMS administration, configuration, training, reporting and minor enhancement needs.
