LMS Subscriptions

LMS Access Fees are the ongoing fees associated with using the LMS. Latitude offers two types of LMS access subscription plans: Active-User and Enrollment.

With Active-User based subscription plans your access fees are based on the maximum number of active users you have on the LMS.  With the Enrollment subscription plans your access fees are based on the number of course enrollments your users generate. 

Additionally, if you activated one or more virtual classrooms in your LMS, you will need a Virtual Classroom subscription to access your virtual classrooms.

          *Active-User is defined as a user with active login credentials. There is no charge for Inactive-Users. Inactive-Users are users that cannot log into the LMS. All LMS user data for Inactive-Users is retained for reporting and analysis. You can re-activate Inactive-Users.

Enrollment Subscription Plans

          **A Course Enrollment is defined as a user transcript record. A user trascript record is created when a user enrolls in a course. In the event of an enrollment cancellation, the user transcription record is updated to reflect the cancellation.

Virtual Classroom Subscription Plans

	Virutal Classroom		$600 per classroom

          ***Virtual classrooms are scheduled like physical classrooms. Any instructor can schedule sessions in a virtual classroom at any time as often as they want, but only one class can be conducted at any given time in a given virtual classroom.
