How it Works
Prior to kicking off the Trainig ROI Fast Track we will work with you to define the primary return on training investment questions that need to be answered during the study.
We will then work with you to collect the necessary performance, training and financial data for analysis. If appropriate we will also interview and survey the targeted learners to better understand their knowledge needs.
Within two weeks of kick-off we will present the findings of the study in an Executive Briefing. The Executive Briefing will include a summary of the collected information, key insights and a plan of action to address the questions at hand.
