We recently asked your opinions on the eLearning courses offered by Care2Learn to find out what you think of them.  Based in Tampa, Florida, Care2Learn was founded in 2000 by veteran caregivers who realized a need within their industry for a more convenient and consistent way to access quality CE courses and inservices to fulfill their certification requirements and enhance their skills. Many of our survey respondents noted the quality and depth of the Care2Learn course catalog as advantages. We've reviewed the feedback and as our exclusive "Satisfaction Meter" indicates, the overall User Satisfaction index of 43 suggests that most users are very pleased with the courses offered by Care2Learn.

How They Rate Care2Learn

Care2Learn received an average rating of 8.3 from respondents when asked the likelihood of recommending to a friend, where 0 is "not at all likely" and 10 is "extremely likely". More than 57% of respondents gave a rating of 9 or 10. While just 14% gave a rating between 0 and 6.  Overall nearly 29% of all respondents gave it a rating of 7 or 8.

 


What They Like about Care2Learn


In general respondents liked the high quality, depth and breadth of the eLearning courses from Care2Learn.  A few also noted that the software is affordable and user navigation is easy to manage.  Among the comments we received:

"1) The robustness of the product 2) Ease Of Use 3) Customer Service 4) Price"

"The number of courses they offer in each sector and the cost of the CEUs."

"It moves through basics to goal and is easily absorbed."

What They Don't Like about Care2Learn


When we asked users what they didn't like about the software, very few offered negative opinions as evidenced by the lowest recorded satisfaction rating of 5.  This would seem to indicate that users were no worse than somewhat indifferent to Care2Learn's features and overall performance.

"It was not anything new" 

"The inability to add pictures to profiles."


When They Use or Recommend  Care2Learn


The majority of those who commented said they used Care2Learn primarily to prepare for certifications or as a way to review industry specific learning concepts.

"I think it would be useful for continuing education units for several medical related fields. "

"...for my students in the classroom."
