LatitudeCG announces a new release of the LatitudeLearning LMS. Version 220.127.116.11863 was was promoted to production on Sunday, December 8, 2019.
Embed Training Popup on the Add User Page: Created a popup training video on the Add User page for portal administrators who have not viewed the training before. The user is presented the option to view the brief video now, view it later on Courses to Complete, or to opt out of viewing it completely. We also added a video training icon to the upper right portion of the page so that the video is accessible for viewing at any time. Additional embedded training videos will continue to be added to the LMS in the coming months. Learn more about this new feature HERE.
User Search: Added the following new filters to User Search and Audience pages.
- User Account End Date
- Position Start Date with multi-select Position value
- Position End Date with multi-select Position value
User Search: Updated various Date-related search options to allow future dates 1/2020 and beyond which were breaking as invalid due to a leap year calculation.
View Goals: Updated Position Group lookup to exclude inactive position groups.

Latitude Network Operations Center Maintenance Planned

There is a planned maintenance window scheduled at our 3rd party hosting service provider in Ann Arbor, Michigan on 12/11/2019 from 8:00 pm - 9:00 pm Eastern Time. Details:
- The outage is part of our Network Operations - Ann Arbor Data Center UPS Upgrade. This maintenance involves installing a new UPS system which will provide additional benefits and protection to the data center and client systems
- Estimated Downtime: 1 Hour (Please note, the actual period in which the LMS application will be unavailable is expected to be several minutes, but an hour has been reserved to handle any exceptions occurring during the maintenance window.)
