Hello from Latitude R&D! This is Brooke Oprsal with a monthly update on some of our activities regarding the LatitudeLearning LMS product.
Recent Product Enhancement - Team Certifications
On September 3, 2019, LatitudeLearning enhanced the LMS with a new page to replace the classic Department Certification Status page. The Team Certifications page allows managers to review who on their team has achieved which level of certification and to assign goals accordingly. It includes summary progress graphics and expandable Training Detail information showing individual user assignments and progress.
In all My Team tools, the Filter component allows you to control the user population in view. Remove default criteria by selecting "None", or refine results by user and certification attributes. Then click Apply Filter to refresh certification results list and corresponding graph.
Each certification is listed by Name and Program Year, providing user counts and a shortcut to the goal assignment wizard.
- Goals column displays the number of employees who have been assigned that certification as a goal
- Achieved column counts number of certified users on the team
- [+Goals] button will open the Assign Goals wizard, with Certification pre-selected on the "Training Goal" step
Click the Status icon to expand a detailed user list, complete with Certification Progress bars and status drill down options.
In the coming weeks, we will be releasing a few minor enhancements enabling people to upload a user image, use a tool to mass import transcripts, add meeting start and end time, offering location and room to reports, add course score as an audience, goal rule and assign goals page, and the ability to add performance metrics to a goals filter.
The next major enhancement to be released will be a new tile based, Featured Courses page. The following enhancements will complete the Student experience in the new UI, including Team Skills page, and a new Course Catalog.
There are currently 70+ proposed enhancements currently on the list. You can visit the Proposed Enhancement Page and vote for your favorite to get it moved up the list!
We will continue transitioning the Student/Manager experience to the new UI, including Featured Courses, Course Catalog and the Skills page. We’re very excited about our 2019 Roadmap!
