It will include training summary graphs, navigation tabs, user filters, and a results list with user detail and action buttons.
LMS Roadmap: Course Goals

LatitudeLearning is proud to announce the release of Course Goals, the final piece to solving any training goal puzzle. Starting October 29th, training managers will have the ability to assign and track a user’s Course Goals, in addition to their Certification and Curriculum goals. By enhancing key LatitudeLearning tools, we created a new engine for prescriptive training assignment, a flexible tool for promoting courses, and an easy one-step process for people to define their own training goals. Our long-standing course “Due Date” functionality was also improved to trigger automatic Course Goal assignment. Students who enroll in a course with configured Due Date will find it listed on both their Courses To Complete and My Goals pages, making it simple to track and report on progress. Goals are displayed with Due Date, Status, and Details that create next-step paths to success. Create a new Report or check the Goals page to watch your team’s to-do list move from Assigned to Achieved!

Recent Product Enhancement - New Goals Page, My Goals Page, Summary Reports, and Counters added to Navigation page
In the latest release, we released four new features in the LMS. The first was the New Goals page, which is a new responsive page, that presents graphical summary information at the top of the page. The new Goals page displays certification goals assigned to the user’s subordinates, as scope by the user's organization and management structures. To ensure page load performance, the default view is filtered to show employee goals assigned in the past year at admin's logged-in location. A graphical representation of the status of the goals is displayed, Achieved vs. Assigned.
LMS Roadmap: Auto-Assign Goals
8/27/2018 - Posted by
Auto-Assign Course goals was recently released on August 5th. We have reengineered the Goal Transitions to an Automated Goal Assignment functionality, so that administrators can easily see all of the automated goal assignments. We modified the current assignments so it is made by Audience rather than the current Training Program, Position Group, or Certification/Curriculum. We also enabled administrators the ability to specify when the automated goal assignment is run (daily, weekly, monthly, and on demand). The Goal Rules feature provides Portal Administrators a new way to automatically assign learners their certification goals based on any combination of user profile attributes or training status.
