COMING SOON: Course Image Defaults

In anticipation of Course Tile View release on November 11, we have enhanced the Course Image library with default configuration options. You will be able to quickly and efficiently populate course tile images by providing defaults for each type of course in your catalog -- Assessment, Classroom, eLearning, Course Group, Self-Study, Virtual Classroom -- instead of having to associate an image with each individual record.

Latitude CG conducted an online training survey to get a bird's-eye view into training programs. We had 179 participants from a variety of industries, all with knowledge about their organization's training program's objective.

ENHANCEMENT: User Image

As we continue to build a new LMS interface with action icons and custom images, the LatitudeLearning release on Sunday, September 29, enhanced User Account management tools with image upload functionality.  For now, these images will display on users' Account and User Details pages. However, we anticipate plenty of opportunity to display user images elsewhere with future enhancements.

LMS Roadmap: Team Certifications

On September 3, 2019, LatitudeLearning enhanced the LMS with a new page to replace the classic Department Certification Status page. The Team Certifications page allows managers to review who on their team has achieved which level of certification and to assign goals accordingly. It includes summary progress graphics and expandable Training Detail information showing individual user assignments and progress.

On August 18, 2019, LatitudeLearning enhanced the LMS with result export functionality for the new Training History page. Open your Navigation page, then Training History page and click on a file icon in the upper right corner to download transcript results into .xlsx, .csv, or .pdf formats.

LatitudeLearning is gathering requirements for a major enhancement to the student experience: Course Catalog. We have broken the development process into a series of product releases, with end goal being a new-tile based course list and intuitive filter options. The first phase of this enhancement is building a Course Image library, where administrators can upload files and associate them with any course in their catalog.

Export Options on Audience, User Search, My Team Pages

In lieu of custom user reports, we are adding file export options to three of our core user management pages: Audience, Search Users, My People . Simply open the page, apply filters to create target user list, then click a file icon in the upper right corner to download results into .xlsx, .csv, or .pdf formats.

My Team Certifications Page

Managers and administrators who use the My Team tool to view user status and manage training goals can now utilize a new Team Certifications page to help track team progress. A bar graph at top of page summarizes the number of people that have achieved each certification objective, providing a quick overview of team strengths and knowledge gaps. Results table provides the detailed list of users who are certified, who is working toward their compliance goals, and shortcuts for assigning new goals.
