The first two weeks are held at Experimac's corporate training facility in West Palm Beach, FL., where the franchisee will take part in one of the most extensive training programs in the franchise industry. You will be guided through the process of becoming a successful Experimac franchisee mainly through classroom training. The following two weeks include personal one-on-one training right in your store to ensure you have the technical, business and marketing expertise needed to succeed. "A marketing specialists is also sent to your store during this time to help get your name out in the community" explains Brady Lee, Regional Vice President and Brand President of Experimac.
Ongoing support for franchisees is an important part of Experimac's training program. Ongoing training opportunities are provided through regional meetings, Experimac's World Expo and through an online education portal. Lee adds "Every time Apple comes out with a new product or software we realize that it's not very efficient to have all of our franchisees come back to the corporate training facility to undergo training. For this purpose we provide videos on our support portal."
