Department Certification

Managerial relationships in LatitudeLearning can be set by superior/subordinate position code hierarchy or by a person to person managerial assignment. In training situations that require students to complete certification training tracks, Managers can assign and review the certification status of their subordinates. By clicking on their Employees tab, the Manager will find a set of selections that allow for training oversight. The Department Certification selection will provide the Manager with a table that shows subordinates at that location as well as available and assigned certifications for each of those subordinates.

Managers can use this table in the Department Certification page to assign or remove training and review the certification completion status of their subordinates.

Using the Department Certification window, Managers have a comprehensive snapshot of their subordinate’s certification progress along with the ability to assign certification training goals – all in one easy-to-use table.
