LatitudeLearning comes preconfigured with over 30 messages that are automatically sent to users when specific events occur. LMS Administrators can use the built-in Message Editor to modify the message and message properties.

The Message Editor is available only to LMS Administrators. Message EditorIt gives them the ability to change a wide range of attributes for a specific message:

  • Language
  • Status
  • Subject
  • From
  • Reply To
  • CC Managers
  • BCC
  • Body Content
The style editor within the Body allows the ability to modify font size and style, as well as include tables and images.

With proper configurations, managers can be sent a carbon copy (CC) of the message as well. This helps LMS Administrators ensure that managers are knowledgeable of student progress.
