LatitudeLearning to receive award for Best Extranet Site at Ektron Synergy 2010
Latitude is honored to be receiving the Ektron 2010 All-Star Award for Best Extranet Site during this year's Synergy 2010 conference at the Portofino Bay Hotel and Conference Center in Orlando, Florida. The LatitudeLearning team will be onsite at Synergy 2010 to accept the award and attend the multi-day conference, which runs through Wednesday, November 10th.
This award is in recognition of accomplishments tied to Latitude's recent work with Chrysler Academy, which focused on 'Web2.0-enabling' the Latitude Learning LMS by fully integrating Ektron's market-leading content management capabilities into the LMS. As part of the spotlight project, Latitude worked to extend this enhanced set of capabilities to Chrysler and its existing LatitudeLearning LMS implementation, the Chrysler Academy Learning Center.
Latitude continues its long-standing relationship with Chrysler Academy (now entering its seventh year of engagement) in support of the Learning Center portal. This robust learning and certification management system manages both formal and informal learning through a blended learning and certification model across Chrysler's global dealer community, which currently supports over 160,000 users in 93 countries and 13 languages.
Synergy 2010 brings together users, partners and Ektron staff to spotlight and discuss best practices and real-world case studies, as well as ongoing vision for enhancements to Ektron's robust content management offerings.
