Our Process: SurefireSetup™

LatitudeLearning has refined a rock-steady process that ensures your LMS implementation is 100 percent successful. We call it the SurefireSetup, because we’ve never had an unsuccessful implementation with any client — no matter how complex their needs were.
The SurefireSetup approach is an ideal option if you want Latitude to take the lead and manage your LMS implementation from start to finish. You can also add a la carte services to your SurefireSetup.

Project Kickoff Phase

The focus of a Project Kickoff is to verify the goals and objectives of the project and to review the project plan with you. We’ll use our Channel Performance Roadmap™ to identify:

  • The right type of training program to implement
  • The measurable goals of your training program
  • The right strategies to achieve your goals

Once the Roadmap is verified, we review a sprint-based project plan with you. Sprints at Latitude are 2 weeks.

Discovery Phase

During Discovery we identify the detailed requirements and acceptance criteria for your LMS implementation. To facilitate this process, we’ve developed the Training Workflow Wheel™.

The Wheel identifies six training workflows that need to be expressed in the LMS in order to support your training programs. Three of the workflows are configuration (setup) oriented and the other three are operationally oriented.

Three important discovery phase outcomes:

1) Understanding the LatitudeLearning LMS

LatitudeLearning’s Tools Bootcamp Training gives you in-depth one-on-one training sessions. At the end of the bootcamp, you’ll be able to manage your training program in the LatitudeLearning LMS and enhance your training as objectives continue to change and grow.

2) Developing your training program architecture

Using the information collected from the Requirements Stage and from the Bootcamp, Latitude SMEs develop the training program architecture that serves as the blueprint for your training program within the LatitudeLearning LMS. The blueprint spells out the tools, configurations, and responsibilities for the successful implementation of the LMS.

3) Conduct a solution checkpoint

During this step, we conduct a comprehensive review and acceptance of the blueprint. This ensures that all parties are on the same page and a clear understanding before moving to the implementation stage.

The solutions checkpoint document serves as the basis for the acceptance process prior to go-live.

Implementation Phase

During implementation, we set up the LatitudeLearning LMS within your environment and go through testing and verification procedures. This phase includes:

  1. Installing and configuring your LMS for your organization, based on the Requirements Analysis.
  2. Performing acceptance testing to ensure we’re meeting all of the requirements.
  3. Launching the platform and posting your LMS to production.

Post-Launch Phase

During Post-launch, we provide support to help you resolve any onboarding questions you may have. This includes any fine tuning of the LMS implementation to your needs. We’ll also follow up with a project survey to find out how we did and if there’s anything we can do to improve your experience with us.

Our Client Testimonials

What are customers saying about LatitudeLearning?

“Latitude’s solution is perfect for the Dealer industry. The brilliant thing about Latitude is that they have experience with a dealer network distribution channel. One of the main reasons why we made a switch to Latitude was because we are looking to penetrate within the dealerships more broadly.”

Laurie Rengel

“We are in in the process of integrating LatitudeLearning into our operations. The ability to provide flexible options and maintain our training objectives is vital to our continued success. We feel confident that our new training platform will deliver just that.”

“LatitudeLearning is very concise and does exactly what we need it to do such as deploy and record content as well as allow our technicians to be certified. If there is ever a compliance issue it is very simple to verify which technicians have taken which courses in the look-up process.”
